Owner refused to exchange an almost $200 shirt for store credit to a mother of 2 small kids because i was past the return date range. You would think coming in with a toddler and 3 month old one might make an exception. It’s not like I was asking for a refund. Other than that the store is very nice for expensive unique well made stuff.

Lola is the hidden gem of a fun boutique right down Mamaroneck Ave that carries lovelyhip clothes, jewelry, bags, and unique items you wont find on everyone. Local designers come to do Trunk Shows, and there are always great trinkets for that special someone–even if that’s you!! Helpful young staff and very inviting interior.
