I was really happy with the service I got a Metro Mattress in Oswego NY. Lisa greeted me right away with a smile and was extremely knowledgeable about every single mattress I asked about, and explained the ones that would help for my specific needs, giving me time to ask questions and test each mattress. Most importantly she always gave the impression that she loved her job and the customers. I have tried the mattress for many nights and so far, it is exactly what I must have needed because it has alleviated a lot of pain areas. Lisa was also very good at helping me get the best for my budget and knowledgeable as well with financial information. Every shop should have someone like Lisa to make their customer experience enjoyable!
