Had good customer service. Bought a silver diamond cut rope necklace from this company and it just didn’t have the shine that a silver necklace should have. I tried to get it to shine but it wont luster like it should. Even my smaller diamond cut rope necklace shines more then the one i bought from here and its half the size.

Today , I went to piercing pagoda to get my ears pierced. The jewelry consultant showed me what earrings for my piercing. I like them so i told her that these are the ones that i want. I will go back to them when its time for another pair of earrings. Customer service is very good .
