This has not been my Gap experience from the past. Not as many staff but if you can find one he or she tries to be helpful. You can get some decent deal in the clearance department however it is very disheveled there. In addition some of the item in clearance aren’t Mark reduce price and the cashier pick and choose what is on sale. I did not like my checkout experience. I got a really great jacket on the clearance and she tries to tell me it is not on clearance at all. However I found the same jacket online for almost $80 cheaper than she was trying to sell me for. On the flip side I love the new store layout. It is very inviting and easy to peruse through. I love how easy it is to find your size regular among price items. It’s almost as if they put out a small sample of items so it just doesn’t seem so overwhelming looking for your size. It’s either they have it or they don’t. And the guy at the front that deals with curbside pick-up can help you to locate online if necessary. And they even have a locker where you can lock your device and have a charge while you’re shopping. At least I think that’s what happens in that little corner contraption
