Take my advice. If you’re going here, just ask for Christopher this will save you from so many issues. I unfortunately took my wedding group here on the day he was off, and dealt with the 2 most incompetent people on the face of the planet that work in the back (female, and short male with glasses) . They lack customer service, empathy and patience. They flipped flopped with information, they tried to rush us out because it was busy and lacked the ability to take information down or give suggestions. We had issues with the pick up dates of the suits and a follow up with the tailor had to be done by the male rep in order to correct information, and I had not call the location back the following day we would have shown up only to find that the issue was never corrected. Just be careful when making this decision because a mistake like a pickup date will ruin your wedding/event.

Avoid this place. Went here to try to get a tux for my wedding. First we got skipped even though there was a line. Than the person we worked with was just trying to push me a 2 piece suit which they had on clearance. When i told him i wanted a vest he started bringing me items from different brands that didn’t even match the color. Even thought he just told me 20 mins before not to mismatch brands cause the suit is going to look weird. I asked if i can order or make a custom suit he said that takes 4 months. So i tried going with rental all the suits i wanted to rent to see what they look like on me I could bot try on just try a black one and imagine what it would look like in the color I like. Went to different place where they are ordering me a suit I want and letting me try it before i even buy it. Dont waste your time here. Plus their rental prices are higher than any other professional suit place I had went to. With the customer service not knowing how do match or do anything you are on your own, or they will push you some old suit which now they want to mark clearance. Wont see me here again.
