The Home Depot is a great go to store for all your home improvement needs. This particular location has some really great employees who know what they are talking about. The store tends to always have what I need in stock and that’s a big plus.

Customer service is really hit or miss at this store. Went to pickup some drywall today and I don’t have a vehicle big enough for a full sheet but I’ve always been able to have sheets cut in at least half to fit in my SUV, been doing it for years. Now today, the kid working that area handed me a knife and said “do it yourself.” Wish I had gotten his name. I get it’s not a normal service, but that’s not how you talk to customers.

Rude kid behind counter needs to learn employee etiquette. Also had no idea about the procedures of picking up a curbside order! Arguing with a customer is the exact opposite of customer service! Will not be shopping here again Lowe’s has amazing employees
