Estheticians come and go.. Threats of closing said spa.. renovations galore.. we’ve been here.Always left pleased with services.But lately, we can’t seem to get or appointments right.We schedule ours back to back.. we come in together and leave together.Either they can’t get our names correct.. or they schedule us separately.I normally go with the flow. But it’s happened so frequently that I feel I must say somethingToday I get a call informing me of our appointments at 2 separate times. Callously offering me a week day if I couldn’t make it. No matter what I said to this young lady. I was met with silence on the other endIf anything Nordstrom has prided itself in , is it’s Customer service. Well here, you have failed miserably.After this spa visit . We will very likely not return

You pay for one hour $75 and they put you 30 minutes to soak your feet and 30 minutes for the massage. The woman was way too strong. No opportunity to relax. I left a tip because I know she need it.

They don’t keep their appointments and are unapologetic about not doing so. Management is useless and also unbothered; clearly customer service is not their thing. I will find a different spa to spend my money at.
