i ordered my drink on the starbucks app at 9:30am. The mall unfortunately opens at 10am. But I have to get to work so I couldn’t wait that long. I called store and told the girl about situation I asked if she can kindly bring it to the door because its only one escalator up and there is a security guard at the door. She refuses and said there is nothing she can do, not even refund. The alternative is that she told me to head to another starbucks store and have them make my drink. I told her to put the amount on a starbucks giftcard and I will pick it up when I come back from work. Not very helpful!!!
