The only reason I’m giving two stars, is because I’ve been using this UPS for years since it’s right there, and the owner is nice. However, 90% of the staff need training on customer service, and an attitude adjustment. This is service being provided, yet the staff are always unprofessional, talking about personal stuff and not paying attention after we have waited in line for sometimes 30 minutes, slow and don’t seem to be knowledgeable in their own store policies. It is always messy in there, and they don’t know how to speak to paying customers properly. Whenever there’s an issue they take no accountability, roll their eyes and have that blame the customer mentality. I’m over it, we will no longer be using this store .. and have since it opened. We have literally had to get upset and is met with a deer in headlights energy. I don’t have this problem anywhere else I go as customer in this neighborhood. Our household will be taking our business elsewhere.
