The experience was great, Malcolm and Kerry were very helpful in buying all brand new furniture for my basement and guest room. Kerry was very knowledgeable and helped find the perfect color furniture to match a floating tv stand that bought prior. Malcolm helped me realize how some items in the store were more affordable than I thought. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. My entire home is now furnished by Raymour and Flanigan.

Salesperson was new. She did not give us correct advice regarding military discounts. She entered my contact information incorrectly and then they had to ask for various forms of ID to correct it. We felt the costs were not clear regarding original prices, reduced prices and the price using the Memorial Day deal.
