Service and staff were very nice and the store was well-kept. Wheelchair and walker accessibility to almost all aisles was good, and they will help you to your car with purchases.Most customers were wearing masks, although I noticed a couple of members of staff were not. We were there to make a large purchase, but we knew what we wanted, and weren’t pressured or upsold uncomfortably, just offered other options. Check the model number if they have to fetch something for you from the back, because we got a similar, but not quite right model the first time.Overall pleasant experience, I would be comfortable coming back here for another large purchase.

Micah, salesman at Mt. Vernon Best Buy, deserves recognition for assisting me in making the purchase. I truly did not intend to make the purchase when I walked in the appliance department. I made him aware of our difficult dimensions that we needed to comply with for a purchase. He taught us about the Counter Depth. He assured us that it would fit and would meet our refrigerator demands. We got the water dispenser, crushed ice, cubed ice, stainless steel, and finger print resistant, Flexzone Drawer, & autofill water pitcher. We love it. It fits.

There was a young lady at the door who took her time to help me find a portable am-fm radio that the store computer said they had 2 in stock… even getting help to to physically look for the items it was determined that they didn’t have it. But what I appreciate. was that she took the time search the stock and the floor and even ask someone if they had any more. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but kudos to her thank you Best Buy for having such a dedicated employee.
