I went to this location today to replace my router. Service was friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Additionally, installation help via phone was excellent.I have no love for the monopoly aspect of Spectrum (or it’s various prior names) but the boots-on-the-ground employees are great.
