I was having some challenges placing a printing order through the website so I called the store and asked for help. I was greeted very kindly by an associate name Arianne. She went above and beyond making suggestions and providing solutions to give me exactly what I needed. I was amazed at her excellent level of customer service and will definitely be a return customer.

People at print and copy were extremely unhelpful and too busy playing on their phones. Didn’t even say hi or anything when I came in and walked up to the desk. Had to walk around a group of them that were all laughing and playing on a tablet to sit down and fill out paperwork. I had to say excuse me several times until one of them came up to help. There is no sign posted that says which printer you click on to print your documents so I asked the guy at the desk which one and he points at the physical printer instead of answering my question because he wasn’t paying attention. On top of that I needed to mail said documents and he told me I should go somewhere else to mail them be he didn’t want to mail them….I asked if I could at least buy an envelope from him and he said “we are not a packing center” even though they are a UPS center. And left me to wander the store until I found the envelopes instead of telling me I could just go to said aisle to purchase them. Will not be coming back, the lady at FedEx us much nicer and more helpful. Not to mention way cheaper prices on shipping.
