I went in to return something and it was a week after the return date and the lady at the register said yea let me get my manager and the manager rudely said no and I explained to her that I had covid and I couldn’t come and she didn’t understand whatsoever, which is okay I understand. Then when I was buying more items and had a friends and family employee discount (I have used this many times before in other stores) and she really said that I could get in trouble for using my brothers employee discount and didn’t let me use it! I have been a customer and credit card holder for over 3 or 4 years and I was treated horribly. I was being completely nice too it wasn’t like I was being rude, I would give 0 stars if I could the manager is completely horrendous and insensitive to the customers.
