Such a wonderful place. I had an issue with my bike that got resolved fairly quickly. The parts were ordered and they educated me on the issue.The entire staff at the trek shop in plain view made me feel right at home. They really do want you to enjoy the product. Hands down one of the best bike shops i have been to. I highly recommend them!

The sales manager, Ciara, greeted me at the door and was super friendly. I then met John who checked out my broken wheel. John looked up my wheel on the computer and retrieved a new one from the basement. While John was transferring my tire and cassette to the new wheel, Ciara asked me if I wanted to test ride an e-bike. I wasn’t going to do the test ride, but Ciara was very enthusiastic about it. The test ride was awesome. John also cleaned the grime off my cassette. Thank you Ciara and John.

I was helped by a guy named Wayne while visiting the store. He was so helpful and showed me all the things I was interested in. I am the type of person who researches everything before I go into the store and often end up wondering why I even ask store employees for the their opinion about product. I am glad I did while visiting the Trek store Wayne was knowledgeable, he shared his own experience about the product I was interested in. I felt more confident about my choices. I bought a handful of accessories – lights, Blender mounts and a new saddle. Thanks Wayne I appreciate your help.
