The hourly rate for this company is $107 per hour. They will charge you for their travel time from the time they leave their building, to get to you in addition to the hours they are there. If they forget something or don’t have it, they will go to the store and buy it, and bring it back. You also pay for that travel time, and however long they are at the store. In addition, there is a truck fee that is $55 on top of everything else. Just to inspect a furnace and put in a new filter took him 2 hours. The total $325.On top of it all, he forgot to turn the AC back on when he left, so we had to open it up to figure that out after we went without AC for a day.
