I had my jeep towed in because of a bad starter. After 3 days there they said they fixed a bad wire and that it was all good. They did not fix it as it is still not starting three weeks later.They either don’t know what they are doing or they pretended to fix it. Now my Jeep is stalled and they won’t address the issue unless I have it towed a second time to their garage.I am now taking it to another mechanic who will actually replace the starter as I asked Ed’s to do in the first place. This is specifically what I asked Ed’s to do.Second and more concerning is that I asked them to change my fluids and I payed for it. Another mechanic looked and told me that only the oil was changed. They ignored the rest and potentially put my transmission at risk.They basically did only a small part of what I asked, charged me for things they didnt do and wasted a lot of my time.In the end I payed over $425 for an emissions inspection and a basic oil change that did not include any other liquids as I asked several times, not including the towing fee and several wasted days. A lesson learned.

This place is the worst! The mechanic had an angry bad attitude when asked to do the inspection on my car and stripped two of the the nuts off my front wheel, then he said I drove the car in that way.Then he didn’t know how to change the third break light. He was going to rip up the inside of the car to get to the light and that’s when I stopped the massacre on my car. The owner is a humble guy but I told him he should replace the mechanic. I felt sorry for him so I hope this review will entice him to get another mechanic for his own good.
