If I could give this UPS store a zero rating I would!! I had a package delivered from Ohza Mimosas as I knew I wouldn’t be home to sign for it. Had an emergency and needed to leave town. Called the store to see if they would hold it form me beyond the 5 days and was told NO very rudely. They informed me that the package would be sent back and this was in March. The package never arrived back to Ohza and when they try to contact UPS they are saying I picked up the package. Just UNBELIEVABLE!!! I guess somebody enjoyed the Mimosas!!

Came in to drop off a package and Miguel was super helpful, any questions I had were answered. Both of the staff members behind the desk were very attentive and very polite.

I went there early around 8:30am as it says on their hours. It is covineintly located on Steinway b/w 28th Ave & 30th Ave. Streets meter parking infront, bus stop is really close by. Subway train is quite far, I would suggest bus or by car. The guy inside was very nice, he stopped whatever he was doing & just helped me with finishing drop off my ups return. Overall great experience.
