They were very quick and able to fit me in next day, the service itself only took about a half hour.They completely explained my problem in a very clear manner (I’m not a car person at all so I really appreciated this). They also weren’t pushy and didn’t attempt to upsell me additional things.The price was fair.The waiting room was clean, well lit and well ventilated, and had plenty of seating.Edited to add: Afterward, they emailed me a report that had details of what they did and pictures of my car which was very nice.

The whole crew is so nice, including Pita the shop dog! Seriously, we appreciate the friendliness and excellent service of the counter staff – Larry, Andrea and Herb. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was in for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and transmission service…it drove like a brand new vehicle when we left! It’s also nice to get a link to the comprehensive photo inspection with notes from the service team. Thanks so much O’Shea tire!
