Robin used to call my office to notify me that I had returned certified letters to come pick up, she was a doll!! She retired a few years ago. Jelani is cool, he was the clerk that helped me the day after J.Cole album dropped. We had good conversation about that. I went again today Anthony was clerk that helped me. He is serious dude but courteous. I really like the people who work at this post office, compared to the other cities I lived in.

I am really disappointed with the employees here. I have used their services for years and have always had a good experience however today I walked in to send out my packages to find that they weren’t enforcing COVID mandatory mask wearing. This is a federal building! It’s small and cramped and there was a man at the desk not wearing a mask. I asked the lady who was helping about it and all she said was yes it was mandatory but no one employee said anything to the man standing right next to me less then six feet away breathing all over the tiny office with no mask on. I have to enforce mask wearing at my job, and so do the employees here. It’s really unacceptable.

I’m a registered nurse. I also take care of my grandmother who is 96. She had a stroke a few yrs back and is having trouble walking. She cant get through the parking lot to pull up at the laundromat cause the post master and maintenance man refuses to park in a correct spot. THANK YOU!! After asking numerous times for the truck to be moved. I was ignored. Customer service?? Guess they have none. Caring about the elderly in their neighborhood?? Guess they don’t care. We all have to deal with the snow. I know it get frustrating. But you cant make up ur own place to park and block traffic. Its just not right. Get it together please. For ur customers, for ur town, for just mutual understanding that we all need to work together ❤
