I had to call weeks after weeks to set up an account and even after the setup, the sales rep was non responsive and kept on making excuses for not being able to deliver on time. Finally, when I was left with no other choice but to order from someone else, I was told to either take a delivery or close the account. I am glad I closed the account rather than dealing with such an unprofessional company.
