I went to 3 places before stopping in to get help redoing my grandmother’s bathroom. After taking a fall we were very concerned for her safety. Aaron spent several hours with me and then went out to my grandmother’s home to meet with her. A couple of days later he had photos to show us what her bathroom would look like and came back out to grandma’s to show her the images and review all the safety features he included. I appreciated him being willing to include her even when she could not get out to see him! He took the time to truly understand her needs and designed a shower that is not only beautiful but accessible and safe. Grandma is thrilled with her new bathroom. He thought of EVERYTHING! The small details, he included in the design plan for her potential future needs as well. I am relieved that she can use the bathroom independently and not be at risk of injuring herself. I will be back next year to have him help with my bathroom. He is friendly and professional and went above and beyond what anyone else I met was willing to do.
