I went to this location to complete the last step of a transaction. Mind you, I already contacted customer service and completed 95% of the steps. Instead of checking my account notes in the store, they had me contact CS again….which was closed for the day. I told them over and over again everything was already taken care of; but they still insisted I had to call CS…..ridiculous!All they had to do was check my account notes.Eventually my transaction was taken care of within 7 minutes after leaving the store using the AT&T app.Also, the music was blasting so loud in the store, I could hardly hear what was going on. Do better!

Store manager name “MARTY” made one of her sale rep, swindle me into buying AT&T TV in order for me to upgrade my phone. I was told I wasn’t going to be charge for the tv cable box. On the contrary, I was charge. I was charge $150. I return the box and was told by the store manager “MARTY” my $150 will be return into my account. A month later i have never receive my $150. It took me 10 At&t customer service to receive my money which was credited toward my bill. The store manager is a fraud, she opening extra lines on people. Please investigate this store manager.

Salesguy named Joel lied to my elderly parents when they went in to upgrade my mother’s phone. Told them they would save $100 a month on their family plan if they added a fourth line and upgraded to unlimited data despite barely using their 30 GB existing data plan. Their bill jumped from $220 to $400 a month. They went back to the store to complain. After waiting 3 hours, both Joel and the manager assured them the bill would be corrected. $70 was refunded, but the bill is still $330. AT&T is unable to change the plan back because their old one was grandfathered. Obviously their business model is to scam elderly customers in the middle of a pandemic.
