We were at a loss as to what he may have wished for a service or final tribute.

The wonderful team at Wood Funeral Home recently helped me when my mother passed. I had prearranged her funeral last November and I found that to be very, very comforting to me when she finally passed. Tim was wonderful the day I talk to him about this. Their compassion and attention to detail was beyond compare. Their sympathy and tender feelings were always evident. Mom died on 8/1/2020 and we were still dealing with the Covid incident. I live near Atlanta which NY considered a hot state and I was not supposed to travel up there to the East Aurora area plus I am 71. Therefore, Bob and everyone at the funeral home did everything they could to make me feel like I was there. They live streamed not only the whole funeral, but also I got to see mom first as they had laid her out before anyone did. This was very important to me. Then I got to see some people as they arrived for the visitation and funeral along with the whole funeral and burial at Oakwood Cemetery. Kristi who was live streaming it from a phone stopped and took a picture anytime I asked her to. Then sent them to me. I would highly recommend this home. At a time when you need it, kindness and compassion are always first on their list to give their customers. Thank you Bob, Christie, Tim, and Stephanie and everyone behind the scenes.

My family & I cannot speak highly enough of Jack & the staff at Wood Funeral Home. During this difficult time, Jack was so very helpful in organizing everything we needed and wanted. The display of items was beautifully put together and encompassed who Mom was. We loved that we could have the Memorial and a gathering of family and close friends right there for some food afterward and Jack took care of it all. We highly recommend Wood Funeral Home.

I was unsure where to go – this is the last thing I expected to do at my age. But Jack was over the top wonderful and everyone else I came in contact with.Jack was extremely on point and helpful and couldn’t of treated us any better if we were family. For making a horrible situation bearable I thank Jack and staff from the bottom of our hearts. The Millers
