If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not only is Sprint service slow and terrible, but they have the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. This store is especially horrible. We ended up breaking our lease early because we had terrible service where we lived and we were paying WAY more than we did at Verizon. When we tried to turn our phones in at the mall they said we had to go to a corporate store or send the phones in. Well, 2 weeks later we still didn’t get anything in the mail from Sprint to return the phones via mail yet. So, we went to this corporate location, the ONLY corporate location around here. When we walked in this lady immediately started yelling at the group that walked in with us that everyone needs to sign in so they can be seen. Not even a hello. Then we waited 15 minutes to be seen, only to be told that because we aren’t customers any more they can’t help us. We explained that we called customer service and were told specifically to go to that store to hand the phones in. The guy behind the counter told us that we can only hand in phones the same day we switch services. When we explained that we were confused he snarkly said I’ll just prove it to you now there’s nothing I can do and asked us for our old account number. While my husband was searching in his phone I was listening to the employee (his name is Brandon) talk to his coworker about the family he had up front. He told him he couldn’t get any more money out of them and he needed his help to get them to buy more protection. He then said, yeah man I had to HUSTLE them to get them to buy two screen protectors. seriously? Who says that in front of someone even if they aren’t a customer anymore. On our way out we passed by the family and the coworker that he was asking to help him GET MORE MONEY out of them and the guy was saying I can get you 30% off if you buy blahblahblah. They were literally trying to rip them off. How infuriating. Makes me think back to when we first went to Sprint and we’re promised discounts because of where we worked only to be told AFTER THE FIRST BILL that they can’t give us said discount because we were getting the leasing price on the phones. Not to mention when I called customer service the first time and they refused to help me (after calling me Jennifer and Mr. Lopez which obviously is not my name) because I didn’t have the pin THEY set up for me. They wouldn’t even tell me where I can find the pin or how to reset it, had to go to this corporate store.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.
