Very kind staff, very clean and organized. Tito helped us out with the problems that Sprint customer service did not want to help us with. He was transparent about every aspect of financing a phone and any other options. I will definitely come back and will recommend to family and friends.

I rate T- Mobile five stars due to the quality and time. When I needed help setting up and help configuring the phone and the plan, I bought for it, one of the employees was kind enough to help us set up our phones and have the best possible plan. Also, when I went to get our secondary trade-ins, they came in less than a week later which is relatively fast and that was extremely convenient for us. Thomas Norlan is working at T – Mobile and he was extremely helpful because he answered everything I needed to know about T – Mobile, and he didn’t get annoyed with the amount of questions we were asking about the network. He even spent his day off to help us out with joining the network and changing my phone. Also, he was completely honest with all the payments we had to make. In conclusion, T- Mobile is a great cell service to be using and everyone who works there can help you with anything you need. Once again special thanks again to T- Mobile and everyone who works there for all their assistance.
