Not as great as Victoria’s Secret, staff mannered some friendly, others give judgement. Panties are the only reasonably priced things expect to pay over 300 for only few items, no restrooms, has dressing room, has body spray and bath kits, sport and very delicate just no lingerie here. If I hit the lottery I’ll be back

Such an awkward experience guest clerk Kayla must be one of those “seasonal help” that they hire because, she clearly doesn’t have any customer service skills. My sister and I first walk in and we’re NOT greeted which I don’t care for because, I hate interacting in general but, what really annoyed me was the constant “walking” around us as if we were up to something if you’re gonna walk around us atleast ask us if we need some help or help us find what we need…not ask us if we a bag 10min after being in the store but, I will add she greeted everyone else which is why I was able to get her name…I’d suggest retraining Kayla because, she definitely let down the Angels,

The lady that was monitoring the amount of people coming in and out was very rude. I got there at 6:53 and would not let me go in because it was “7:00”. They will be getting a call in the morning about their rude employee
