I believe they are very unprofessional. The gentleman that was dealing with me had used the wrong birthday which caused almost a 1/2 an hour of my lunch break. Strongly think he might have been under the Influence. No one knew any of the policies or proper discounts.. Eye Doctor was friendly but I will not come back after I pick my glasses up
