I ordered 4 subs on the app yesterday. Subway emailed me the confirmation and time of pick up. I paid via the app. When I arrived at the store, the employee told me that they didn’t receive any online orders, and that they could not give me the sandwiches I paid for, nor could they refund me. I showed her my confirmation, order number, and transaction number. She said “there is nothing I can do.” She said she could make my sandwiches, I’d have to pay again, and then IF the online order shows up in her system later, she would refund me.What!?So I’m out $28. Was never refunded. The store does not answer their phone and does not have a voice mail set up.

Nice clean place . Staff is OK as they have no smile of their faces. Look like they are forced to work there. Better just take it a sit aside and eat or take out.

Walked in a placed an order no problems Person in front had placed to go order that was not filled, might have been a lead time issue. Person after had their to go order ready
