I have been a Verizon customer for as long as I can remember and could not have been more pleased with my experience at this location. Alex really helped me get the phone that I wanted – the store did not have the Samsung Galaxy Ultra when I came in but he ordered the phone for me and it came in within a few days. Alex was also very helpful in transferring all my data into my new phone and very helpful in answering any questions I may have in regards to my new phone. I am absolutely thrilled with my new phone and I believe the customer service at the Verizon Rye is absolutely amazing.
