wait was way too long because they had 4 (!!!!) staff members assisting ONE customer while a line built up. I waited 40+ minutes even though there was only one person in front of me in line. I saw staff on their phones instead of taking customers right away. really frustrating experience.that being said, once I was finally called up, the staff member was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I was just very upset/frustrated that I had to wait so long for something that shouldve taken 15 minutes.
