The Lumber Liquidators on Walden were great to work with. They gave me really great samples of the floor to bring home (not just tiny little squares). Everyone there was so helpful when I was choosing a floor. The delivery was so easy – they carried into the the house and put it in a convenient spot so that it could sit for over a week to acclimate to my house. The installer (Matt) was the best. He took his time making sure the floor looked awesome. I had some left over boxes and the store returned them with no problems. They did a great job on all aspects.

The process was pretty good, they come out and measure, itemize the bill to a degree, but only in square footage, not quantity. Installer can be hit and miss, it is contracted so you do not always know when and who will show up, had a 1 week delay after waiting 3 weeks. That said, it went above average, they can miss small details, so you may find yourself either doing it on your own or hiring someone else to finish these minor issues (doors not closing, heater vents not going back, ect). Not sure I would highly recommend them. If you want the job to get done in a reasonable time frame and are not very fussy, these people will install your floor for a reasonable price that will probably overall beat many other places. If choosing to save money on delivery, it is a good load so be prepared, and to return any excess materials afterwards.
