It was 945 pm all the outside lights were off . I thought they were closed. When i pulled in two cars waiting for food. I went back to drive through and waited over 2 min. Checking on my.phone hrs of operation. It said 11pm . Some finally took my order. I paid at window and waited 13 min. For my food. I guess we were cooking to order tjose customers that were not fooled by the outside appearance of being CLOSED?? Manager needs to do some sopt checking last hour of evening shift.

Thought the one by i-86 was bad after waiting 8 minutes and nobody answered at the drive through. Went to this one, ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink and only got one sandwich and was charged for all of it. I was in a hurry, as is a drive through and the other one was already taking too long so I did not check my order, shame on me. However at both locations the employees were chatting away just ignoring customers. Most employers would fire employees who gossip about the news while customers are waiting.instead of doing their jobs.
