The owners Robert and Wendy provided excellent customer service through out the entire process. Very informative and delivered on their promises. Value Electronics is possibly the best electronic store when you are shopping for the most advanced digital television or entertainment system. A few years ago when we were shopping for a new digital television and were considering going to one of those big box stores, I walked into Value Electronics on Popham Road in Scarsdale. To my surprise their prices were not only competitive but they offered free installation! I had a wall unit and I assumed the new HD TV would fit but when their guys arrived, they realized I needed a new one, but I wasn’t charged! The owners of Value Electronics are also generous and have donated their services and equipment to the many organizations in our neighborhood. When you are considering buying a new TV, you owe it to yourself to visit their beautiful showroom!

Robert and Wendy are simply the best, both at what they do and as people!I’ve had a lovely experiencing putting together a home theater system with them. They were patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and made sure everything was done in a timely fashion and to proper spec.Even when i reached out regarding a subsequent purchase of equipment afterwards, they were ready to offer up services to install and ensure that it would be implemented correctly.
