I was just hung up on by Joanne in customer service!!! I ordered thousands of dollars of furniture. This was in February. I am trying to get a delivery date. I understand that there are issues especially this year, but there is never a reason to be rude. I shopped at the store in Bridgewater NJ and Ashkan the manager was just as rude. They are extremely disorganized and cannot seem to get their act together. I had to go back several times because the fabric samples they showed me were all discontinued. I had to spend more time going back and making new choices. Furniture i chose was no longer available…..The store was mostly empty and that should have been a sign. I have ordered lots of furniture in the past and have never had issues like this. Again, it has been a difficult and challenging year for all of us. Delays, understandable, rudeness not.

The customer service is horrible at the Paramus location. I have ordered furniture since January 2021. I still haven’t received my furniture. I have contacted the store manager multiple times but no follow up. The same furniture items are available online & ready to ship with 10-14 days.I called the corporate office & they transferred me to the Paramus store. Very poor experience.

We recently purchased Safaveih furniture through Lowes. We had it delivered via FedEx. The furniture arrived damaged and when I contacted Lowes the rep offered us a discount. When I explained we didn’t want a discount we simply wanted undamaged furniture he suggested I return the set to a nearby Lowes for a full refund. Not an easy task considering the size and weight of the furniture. When I explained this to him the rep at Lowes placed me on hold and never came back. Luckily I was able to reach Eva in the Safaveih corporate office and she was wonderful. I explained the situation and she worked her magic. Long story short, we should have our replacement set by early next week. Hassle free. Thanks to Eva. This was our first time purchasing Safaveih but it won’t be our last.
