Admittedly, this was a while ago. They charged over $100 to clean my wife’s wedding dress. Kept it for over a month. We came back 3 or 4 times and were always told a few more days. It finally came back to us with a stain on the side, and the hem still filthy. No apology, no refund.A couple months later, we had a vow renewal. My wife took it to a seamstress to have the hem removed since it was still filthy. The seamstress decided to try and get the stain out, and after a single treatment with oxyclean in a tub, completely removed the stain. Good as new.For all I know, they kept the dress for more than a month and never even cleaned the thing. I have no other explanation for why a tub and oxyclean can do better than whatever $100 treatment Royal King tried to do.Never again.

I would love to give 0 stars but that is not an option. After bringing and paying for my expensive leather jacket to be cleaned, which they ship to a specialist, I get it returned to me with no hood attached and zipper broken off. Spoke with manager and she agreed to fix for free. When I go to pick up my fixed jacket, I am told I did not pay, which I know I did and provided proof from my Credit card statement. I leave store and clerk chases me to my car threatening to call police for stealing my jacket. NEVER use these people, this is the worst way to do business.
