They used to be a great pharmacy! I dk what’s been going on their but over the last few months they have dramatically declined when it comes to their customer service. Every time I would go pick up my scripts I would always get come back in an hr after being an hr after it was sent in. So I started waiting an hr to an hr and a half n they still can’t seem to get it together. Nor are they making sure their is no other scripts that are sent in by your doctor. They really need to get their heads out of the sand before they start loosing all of their customers n get their self’s together.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I have now switched pharmacies because they are so bad. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t call you back when you leave a message. I have repeatedly had issues with them not checking for prescriptions that the doctor called in or electronically submitted. Then when I would go to pick up my medication- they won’t have even started working on it and I have to wait a long time for it to be filled or until the following business day (not good on a Friday!!) Maybe if they answered the phone or checked their messages they would know when a doctor called in a script and could have it ready within 8 hours. I had a medicine called into them once while I was in the hospital to pick up in 2 days when I was discharged. They didn’t have the medicine available, and instead of CALLING ME or the doctor to tell someone they didn’t have it, they just waited for me to show up and go without my medication. I had to wait an extra day for a different pharmacy to fill it. They are incompetent, unprofessional, irresponsible, and do not care about their customers at all.
