I’ve used Ortofon phono cartridges and products for over 40 years. I’ve never needed to address a problem with their products. That is, until recently when my state of the art Anna cartridge was submitted to them for evaluation. While working well, and undamaged, it seemed to me that it was not at the level it should be. Even though the Anna was clearly out of the warranty period, Ortofon USA submitted it to the factory in Denmark for evaluation. The factory agreed, and did a rebuild of the Anna under warranty. I received the item back with all materials as I submitted it. Thanks to Louis Dorio at Ortofon for the excellent service. This is an example of why Ortofon is the best in the business.
