This location is BUSY, BUSY, BUSY, but never loses sight of the customer.

I don’t like the setup (wish I took pics) there is no customer service desk.

Tip for the businesses : They do not accept walk ins to buy or even just to look. Maybe it’s late and have to limit the customers. I don’t know but the information provided sounded as if the Apple store no longer accepts walk in purchases anymore, period. It’s why there would be no reason even to bother to check out any other apple stores since it would take a whole day that could be wasted if they are right. My business cannot wait another day. If I have to order online, I don’t have to order it from the Apple website.

The Apple store in the Queens Mall area, is for lack of a better word, intriguing> Its the various Apple gadgets that will attract any consumer passing by. For whatever reason, I felt ‘all eyes’ on me; getting an appointment online or otherwise proved next to impossible when I tried to book a session for my wife; the Manhasset location was more receptive but the distance is a little out of my way. Don’t get me wrong about the Queens Mall location, I think my experience may have been associated with the fact that every time I go there, its crowded.

They are definitely taking Covid precautions seriously. Just know that if you make an appointment, you will still have to wait on line, but not for long.
