Very poor customer service and no follow up. I made an appointment for some work on my bathroom and a salesperson did show up at the correct appointment time and brought a few samples that I had mentioned. He took all the measurements, plus pictures, and I also added 2 other rooms to remodel and he proceeded to take the measurements for those as well. He stated that he would work the numbers and get back to me in a day or two. I did not hear anything for a couple weeks, but I was not too worried as I realize things are backed up with the virus. I called the store and was told the salesman was unavailable and to call back tomorrow. I called the next day and the salesperson acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He then said oh wait I have it right here. He was digging through papers and said I can not find it, I will call you back this afternoon. Needless to say, I never received the call. I proceeded to call another local company and the communication there has been excellent. They took all the measurements and I will be remodeling 3 rooms in my home. It was a very big disappointment in working with Moran’s. 0 stars!!!

Shopping for as kitchen floor. Price started out at 1,000 – 1,200. Then a few days later was told they could not do the type of flooring I was wanting( which was just roll out linoleum) because of the shape of my room. Then I was asked to come in and look at a glue down pattern that was same color as the one I had picked out and it would put me in about 1,500 price range and at this point I was still open to this. Was told they would look for some flooring that might be cheaper in price to keep me in the price range I wanted to be in and would get back to me the next day…didnt hear from them for 2 days telling me it was crazy busy there and they hadn’t found anything yet. The next day I called and said just go ahead and do the one you showed me dont look for cheaper….just wanting my floor to get started , Was told they would work the numbers and get back to me the next day…..3 days later they call me and said sorry again it’s been real busy but they worked the numbers and it was now going to be 2,340 so at this point I just told them no thank you. So I guess shame on me for trying to help out local . And i felt that the customer service was not good. Didnt do what and when they said they were and the price double from beginning to end. This all took place in about a 2 week window…I purchased my bedroom carpet from them a few months back and was hoping to get the same service as I did then. Very disappointed in how everything played out.
