Terrible customer service. Called several times trying to correct the phone number on my purchase. All I kept getting was sorry, she’s a trainee. Do who’s training her? Still no word on whether the installer has my correct phone number. Was promised a phone call back from Lowe’s several times. Never happened. They are extremely understaffed. Very frustrated.

The worker at the customer service desk was doing nothing and had no consideration for my struggle when there at 8:30pm. That worker didn’t want to provide customer service to me the customer and directed me to another register . I and my elderly mother weren’t happy me more so than her. It was wet and cold but where I work, I would have done better and have been rewarded as such. Lowes Corporate big wigs need to implement a cash out policy at a non busy service desk when the person there was standing around. Besides the ladies who assisted me were great. The one at the service desk was not.
