My less than 2 year old home has Jesco LED lights in the pantry that failed. The builder only gives me a 1 year warranty, yet the Jesco light has a 5 year warranty. The problem Jesco only accepts proof of purchase (receipt) for a warranty replacement and the builder won’t provide. So now I’m stuck replacing an expensive light that has to be wired, this is not like replacing a light bulb, it is replacing the whole fixture. I am so disappointed to have found out this is the kind of light I have and the manufacturer will not help me with the warranty. Also, this particular light hasn’t even been around for a full 5 years so why do you need proof of purchase!!!!!! Picture is what you see when you remove the cover.UPDATE : What matters most is how a company responds to an issue and Jesco resolved my issue. Thank you so much!
