I just love LensCrafters! I have been getting my eyeglasses from them for years and I have never had a problem. They have a great selection to choose from and the prices are very reasonable. The best thing about this particular location (Staten Island Mall) is the staff. They are just the nicest, most patient, knowledgeable and friendly people. It’s a pleasure to shop there and they make they whole experience very easy. I highly recommend this establishment!

My service was excellent. I had my small children with me. They asked the staff a lot questions about glasses & their devices that they were using. Staff answered all of their questions with no problems. They were very nice & polite to them. Staff even asked me if they could have candy, since they were behaving. At the end of my visit they did get their candy. Great staff with awesome personalities.
