May 28, 2021 – Until now, I have had a good experience. Other than delays in processing paperwork the two times that I leased a vehicle, I have been pleased. However, upon bringing in my recent lease, a Honda CR-V 2020, for its first maintenance (oil change, etc), I come to learn that it is not covered under warranty. When getting the recent lease, it was confirmed that everything would remain the same. Obviously, not so…..that is too bad! Good luck getting my future business!!!
