If I could give 0 stars I would. It was my first time ordering for Mother’s Day I thought my mom would be getting a mug with the fruit bouquet inside and candied pecans because that’s what I ordered. She received a tin can with a fruit bouquet and chocolate covered almonds so I called customer service and they offered a refund. It’s weeks later I call customer service to be told that I am wrong and the order was fulfilled, the website says item may vary.As a customer, I see item may vary i am expecting a different color mug not a whole different order. I don’t even want a refund it wasn’t worth the back and fourth you guys have very poor customer service.So if you want something done right and to be treated like you’re the one actually paying don’t purchase from this store let alone this company.

I am rating this location one star only to reflect the rudeness of the delivery person. My mom passed away in February and on the day that I was making the funeral arrangements, unknown to me, a friend of mine send me a beautiful arrangement sending her condolences. While I am in the funeral home, I receive a call from a rude person, asking me to hurry up and come downstairs to pick up my delivery. Obviously, I had no idea where this delivery was from and sent my son, who was home, down to pick it up. I live on the 3rd floor and in the time it took my son to get downstairs (about 2 minutes), he continuously called me, rushing me. Threatening to leave my package in the lobby. All this being said, I understand that delivery people are busy. But at the same time, they need to be respectful because they don’t know the situation the person they are delivering to is in. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially during such a difficult time in a families life. That delivery person needs some kind of customer service training or not do this job if he will have that kind of attitude. We need to do better!
