ZERO STARS!! On hold as I write this, for over an HOUR with 2 callers ahead of me!! You will never get a call when your script is ready & you obviously can’t call to check on it. One time I told the kid at the register that i’ve been trying to call and he said they turn the ringer off/ down so they don’t hear it. Walking in there ALWAYS requires a return trip. I could go on and on w/ the crazy scenarios i’ve witnessed & endured here but I have to blame myself at this point for continuing to fill my scripts here!! I don’t know how or why anyone would come here! DONT!

As Per N.Y. State. I am now eligible to receive the Coronavirus vaccine due to a medical condition.Made an appointment here no problem.2 hrs prior to my appointment, the pharmacy calls to cancel. They decided they are only doing seniors at this time.Walgreens website says otherwise.Poorly mishandled.

Worst pharmacy and they hire people who don’t want to do their jobs. A young lady at the pharmacy told my cousin who came to pick up my script that they don’t participate with my insurance anymore after my script was sent in yesterday morning and didn’t call me to make me aware then the lazy young lady said she wouldn’t call it in to another pharmacy because she didn’t want to ? That is disgusting behavior for someone who works with people.
