We’ve been being serviced by this post office for a year and a half and haven’t had the best experiences, our mail lady would crumple our mail whenever she delivered when there was plenty of room in our mailbox, and for some reason decided to just not deliver a package while we were home and didn’t have to sign for it. We literally ran down the street after her and asked about the package, and when she went to check for it, she in fact did have the package and handed it to us without explanation. Most recently I’ve been waiting on a package that the tracking had said was successfully delivered to the post office, but then was put back on a truck and ended up 214 miles away from our location. The person at the front was very nice and patient, and did help me find as much information on my package as she could, but she couldn’t do anymore for me which I can’t fault her for. At this point I have no idea where the package is, and when or if I’ll be receiving it. The most frustrating part is the nice girl at the post office said she had no idea why if they scanned it as received, why it would’ve been put back on a truck for delivery.
Whilly Silly
My post office in Catskill somehow sent my package to this one instead of my house. Thank God these people had the common sense to send it back.

They don’t know about international rules. I tried to send a tablet with coffee to another country and I paid $80 for shipping. They return it due to international export regulations and when I asked why they return it ? they said we don’t know about international rules! If you don’t know it why you work at a post office though. If I’m not allowed to send electronic stuff, it is your responsibility to remind me and it’s not my fault. This is not the first time this happened to me though! I paid $100 for another package and just because they didn’t tell me for clothing I should write brand new they return it and they said if you wanna send it again you should pay another $100! They are so rude too! When I said it is your responsibility to tell me about the rules she said I can’t do anything just call 800 number. I will never use their service to send packages to another country anymore. They need education and more information about their job.
