Today my wife and I went into the store to purchase a Queen size bed. We were approached by a young man named Danny who was very attentive throughout the duration of our visit. He was respectful, calm and aware of everything he was supposed to be doing. He disclosed that it was his first day on the floor and that he wanted to make sure he did everything correct. If I had to guess, I would’ve assumed that he’d been a sales rep for a while because he was just that good. Nessa was such a great sales associate! I highly recommend her , she gives you the space and time to really look at all the furniture. She has to be nearby as it is her job to answer all your questions and concerns. My boyfriend and I were greeted by her upon entering the store and as we walked around the store she suggested different colors and styles but didn’t pressure us at any time to buy the furniture.Will be returning!

I love Wen’s service. She is the best! I have been looking for a perfect sofa for my home for almost one month. Tried many stores until I am here! I have to thank Wen for all she did, enthusiastic attitude, introducing the sofas, treating me like her family.
