Today was my first time getting an oil change at Valvoline in Cortlandt and boy was I impressed. From the moment I pulled up to when I was finished – the customer service and knowledge about servicing my vehicle was outstanding. Jesus and all of the other members of this company made my visit worthwhile. They even told me about some coupons I can use to make my visit even more pleasurable lol – I will definitely be returning to this location to get some recommended service repairs done very soon. Thanks Again for a great experience!

Unlike previous visits, I didn’t feel bullied into getting a service done that I didn’t want to do. I dealt with Nick (I believe that was his name) and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We even had a conversation about non vehicle related things.
