Friendly staff, great service, MUST have appointment. The first time I visited I had a flat and it was the closest store so I pulled over and asked for assistance, I was told I had to wait 3 hrs due to no appointment, I did see they were busy. I left thinking I’d never return until my usual oil guy said I needed a full service facility and suggested Firestone. Knowing that I had already tried another popular full service facility in the area that begins with an M and was not satisfied with the job, I figured I go back to Firestone, and I never left. Service is great, prices are reasonable, staff is very informative, and making an appointment is easy.

Very polite staff. Amazing customer service! Charley helped me and my boyfriend with a flat tire that we caught on the road on our way home. I thought we were going to be stranded on the side of the road because all the tire shops in the area were closing and we were over an hour away from home but Charley really saved the day.
